Strategic focus of the school is as follows:

• all-round development of child as an individual, improving his ailities and talents;
• creating the conditions for the provision of quality educational services at a level exceeding the state standard;
• national identity;
• national culture learning;
• raising of tolerance towards people of other nations;
• protecting children from domestic anti-Semitism;
• establishment of national cultural center for the purpose of national revival;
• formation of citizenship, self-esteem, a willingness to continue learning throughout life;
• charitable activities.

The school is located in a typical four-storey building with independant heating.

The school formed a highly qualified team of teachers:

• 20% of teachers are awarded with "Excellence in Education in Ukraine";
• 25% - have a pedagogical title of "teacher-methodologist";
• 8% - have a pedagogical title of "senior teacher";
• 65% - specialists of the highest category;
• 20% - participants and winners of the regional contests "Teacher of the Year."

A total of 57 people running the school, 26 of them are teachers, 5 are Children's Center teachers. The psychologist, choreographer, acrobatics teacher and a speech therapist are constantly working at the school. A total of 85 learn in children's center and the the school.

It's no secret that the competitiveness and image of the school on the multi-faceted market of educational services provided by a network of public schools is largely determined by the following factors:

The Jewish school is located in the ecologically clean area of the city. Delivery of the children to school and homes is provided on three routes by a contractor.
