Rabbi of Ivano-Frankovsk Moshe Kolesnik

Rabbi Moshe Leib Kolesnik was born on Tamuz 6th 5717 (July 4th 1957) in Ivano-Frankovsk.
Born in Stanislav (now Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine). Mom was born in the Zhytomyr region, she came to this city after the German-Soviet war. Father - a native of the Poltava region, was in the army throughout the war, got into Stanislav according to his own system - he was the first chairman of the Kolos sports society.
He studied at three different schools in his native city: first, at secondary school No. 12, located near the house, then at secondary school No. 8, he graduated from secondary school No. 14, where his mother then worked, which was the reason for the transfer.
In 1974 he finished a secondary school in Ivano-Frankovsk. In the 80s he studied in yeshiva of Moscow, Russia. Since 90's he is the rabi of Ivano-Frankovsk and the Ivano-Frankovsk region.
