A new academic year in Beit-Chana, Dnepropetrovsk.

On September 1 Beit-Chana opened its doors for its students in the new status of the International Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute.A new 2011-2012 school year has begun!

Leading the solemn assembly, pro-rector on educational work Victoria Pinkas in her introducing speech said that the new year for the university, as well as for the whole country, began in the light of celebrating the 20th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.For this holiday,  Beit-Chana came focused on serious reforms and new achievements.

 

The rector, Ph.D., associate professor Stanislav Sapozhnikov spoke on the complexities of "transformation" of college into the institute and the outcome of the opening campaign in 2011 and further prospects of the university.He noted that the institute is well known and respected not only within the higher educational institutions of the city and the region but its positive contribution to the education industry at the national level is large as well.This is evidenced by the fact that just before the start of the academic year on August 30, 2011, meeting of the heads of the best educational institutions of the city and the region with the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine D. Tabachnik the rector of the International HumanitarianPedagogical Institute Beit-Chana was invited.The meeting was held in the Conference Hall of the Dnepropetrovsk Metallurgical.He also introduced the teaching staff and students to new teachers who joined the family of Beit-Chana.

 

Guest of honor and the partner of Beit-Chana, director of the Shiurey Torah education fund, STARS-National Business School program manager, Ph.D., Associate Professor Rabbi Yosef-Yisroel Masakovsky wished prosperity and success in reforming the university.He warmly congratulated and expressed his positive feelings of being in the Beit-Chana.In turn, the university expresses its great appreciation and gratitude to Rav Yosef-Yisroel Masakovsky for productive and dedicated work during the seven years in the walls of the institution, when under his leadership the IT Centre was established in Beit-Chana and the students created wonderfulcomputer projects and received certificates of local and regional contests and competitions.

 

As in all educational institutions of this country first class which has become an important part of the solemn meeting was dedicated to the topic "My Ukraine - an independent state". With a deep and interesting presentation lecture made by a leading educator and leading figure of the institute, a specialist of the highest category, head of the school department Tatiana Oliger. She accentuated her speech at a Ukraine’s difficult historical path to independence, on the achievements and problems of political and cultural spheres of modern Ukraine, the internal contradictions of the past and present of this country.

Thus began the first day of the new academic year in the new Beit-Chana. We join the numerous congratulations to the institute and wish creativity, cohesion and achieving goals to all the staff of the baby International Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute.
